To me this whole question reminds me of when noobs show up here because they heard that "Insert Random Game" made tons of money, they figure they have a computer, unity is free, and there are game templates / yt tutorials. Pretty images you see like mentioned above, aren't sources of revenue. If your doing it for fun, embrace that and have fun, forget monetizing. Serious dedicated artists struggle to make money at it, it is unlikely that a low effort passing fancy is going to yield results. Others out there are putting out the most amount of effort possible. Your saying that you want to try to do the same without putting any effort to learn the tools, and relying on others people's models/art, in other words, least amount of effort possible. Not trying to be discouraging, but you are talking a field that people spend years, put tons of effort and time into and generally have a real passion for, that struggle to make revenue let alone a living at. ![]() Commissions being the easiest and quickest way, but most of that is very custom in nature, and these days, pretty high quality. People who make money at selling art are doing commercially/concept or commissions. You would basically be competing in a non-existent market. There are sites full of them, there are tools like daz that lets anyone do exactly that. Cobbling images together using others work (models/textures/etc) are a dime a thousand. ![]() Visual art is a competitive market, both as commercial (fine/concept/production), and as individual (commision/etc). If your goal is purely to make money, I would suggest just about just about anything else. Is it realistic that you will be able to sell work done this way? Probably not. is is possible to create, sure, absolutely. Without limitation of the foregoing it is emphasized that END-USER shall not be entitled to share the costs related to purchasing an Asset and then let any third party that has contributed to such purchase use such Asset (forum pooling). It is emphasized that the END-USERS shall not be entitled to distribute or transfer in any way (including, without, limitation by way of sublicense) the Assets in any other way than as integrated components of electronic games and interactive media. END-USER may otherwise not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease or lend the Assets. Except for game services software development kits (“Services SDKs”), END-USERS may modify Assets. Licensor grants to the END-USER a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to the Asset to integrate Assets only as incorporated and embedded components of electronic games and interactive media and distribute such electronic game and interactive media. The following concerns only Assets that are not Restricted Assets:
